What managed learning can I set for my Team?

Managed learning can be set with four main goals and can either be Assigned or Recommended.

Assigned Learning - Has a fixed due date and is best suited for mandated learning.

Recommended Learning - Is evergreen learning that you can recommend to your learners, is best suited for suggested learning that isn't mandated.

For each type of managed learning you can set four learning goals;

Assign hours - Set an hours-based target to give your team the independence to self-curate their own learning experience. Learners will be able to complete any combination of video content to meet their assigned hours’ requirements.

Assign CPD Credits - Allocate a CPD credits target to give your team the independence to self-curate their own learning experience. Learners will be able to pass the tests for any combination of Pathways to earn the CPD credit requirement.

Assign Pathways - Allocate your choice of specific Pathways to curate a focused learning experience for your team. Learners will have to pass the test for each pathway to complete the assigned learning. This method of Assigned Learning allows you to create a personalised course for your learners.

Assign Videos - Allocate your choice of specific Videos to curate a focused learning experience for your team. This method of Assigned Learning allows you to create personalised pathways or mini-courses for your learners.

For each managed learning, you will have to set a team, a due date, a title, a description and then a learning goal (hours, Pathways, Videos or CPD credits).

You can also set Notifications On or Off for the assignment for your team and the frequency;

Automatic - Notifications sent at key milestones based on your assignment timeline

Weekly - Notifications sent once a week from the start of the assignment until the due date

Monthly - Notifications are sent once a month from the start of the assignment until the due date.
