Updates to Learning Analytics - Manager View - Jan 25
We’ve reimagined the Learning Analytics experience for managers, making it faster, more intuitive, and easier to navigate.
The new Learning Analytics experience for managers is now structured into two streamlined sections: the Overview page and a Detailed View page. This two-page structure improves usability, speed and data accessibility, enabling managers to easily access clear, real-time insights into learning performance, as well as supporting more efficient data exploration.
Overview page
The new overview page provides a high-level snapshot of learning metrics to help managers easily track company-wide learning trends.
Moreover, a new team leaderboard feature enables you to see how your learners are performing at a glance. Using learning hours to compare engagement among the learner cohort, you are able to filter by time period to view data as all time, this year or in the last month. The top three learners in a company are displayed on the left, with the other top ten learners listed out on the right.
For data privacy purposes, only the learner's first name and the initial of their surname will be displayed on the team leaderboard.
Customisable detailed view
In addition to the Learning Analytics Overview dashboard, there is now a designated section for diving deep into your company's learning data. Easily find specific learners and teams with expanded search functionality, and streamline your analysis by customising and downloading tables to suit your needs.
These tools put you in control, making reporting and analysis more flexible and efficient.
