Our platform is designed to help you and your team achieve your goals, and it includes several user roles that provide different levels of access and control.
Understanding these roles and permissions is essential to making the most of our platform and ensuring that everyone can collaborate effectively.
We have four key user roles:
Learners - All users have the learner role, that provides access to all of our content.
Team Managers - Team managers are managers of individual teams, they can invite learners to their team, view team analytics and set assigned learning for each team they are manager of.
Account Managers - Account managers have access to the organisations analytics, they can view each team, set assignments at an organisation or team level, invite or remove learners from each team and make users Team managers.
Global Managers - Have access to everything on the platform, and can manage the accounts subscription.
