New Manager Dashboard - April 23

New Manager Dashboard

The new Manager Dashboard has been designed to optimise your learning experience. Now see an overview of your team or organisations learning, have quick access to Manager analytics and Assigned learning progress to easily view progress.

1. Manager Tab - To access your manager dashboard, click on the 'View as Manager' tab, to switch back to your learner view just select 'view as Learner'. (If this option does not appear it is because you do not have Manager level permissions, please contact the account owner if there are any issues).

Manager Analytics

A dedicated area now allows you to see the core analytics for your team or organisation, to view more detailed analytics just select the view more option. Also, if you need to manage your team, by adding or removing learners, just click 'Manage Teams' found in the top right hand corner of the Manager Analytics area.

2. Total viewing hours - View your team or organisations total viewing hours, and also see 30 day trends.

3. Active learners - See the total number of learners for your team or organisation and monitor active learners (learners who have viewing hours logged) over 30 day periods.

4. Completed video modules - View your team or organisations total completed video modules, and also see 30 day trends.

5. Completed pathways - View your team or organisations total completed pathways, and also see 30 day trends.

6. Assigned Learning - View progress on your team or organisation's assigned learning, here see the percentage started and percentage completed to better track performance. To manage assignments just click 'Manage Assignments' found in the top right hand corner.
