New Manager Assigned Learning
The new view for manager assigned learning has been designed to optimise your team management. The previous card view has been converted to a data table view, where you can view 'by Teams' or 'by Assignments', to keep better track of progress.
Both tables have numerous filters to allow you to find the information you are looking for, you can also click through each assignment to get a more detailed view of individual learner progress.
By Team (for Account Managers and Owners)
See how your organisations teams are progressing on their Assigned learning, to view more detailed analytics for an individual team just select the view more option. Also, you can download the data to include in your own reports.
1. By Team view - View Assignment progress by each Team in your organisation, this option is only available for Account Managers and Owners.
2. Data table - See assignment data pre-filtered to each team in your organisation.
a. Team name - The name of the team.
b. Total leaners - The total number of learners in each team.
c. Learner assignments - The total number of assignments per learner set for each team.
d. Assignments completed - The total number of completed assignments per learner.
e. Assignments completion rate - The completion rate of the total number of assignments.
3. Download CSV - Download the table view in csv format.
4. View more - Takes you to a detailed view for each Team, where individual learner progress can be seen per assignment.
By Assignment
See a lit of all assignments set in your team or organisation, choose from a number of filters to view the data important to you.
1. By Assignment view - View Assignment progress by each Assignment in your organisation.
2. Filters - Use the filter to tailor the data to your preferences, filter by Type of assignment - By hours, By video module, By Pathway and by CPD credits, by due date - Past due assignments, Upcoming assignments and Due soon assignments (within the next 90 days) and also by All assignees (Company wide assignments, or Team based assignments).
3. Data table - See assignment data pre-filtered to each team in your organisation.
a. Assignment name - The name of the assignment, with the type displayed as an icon.
b. Total leaners - The total number of learners assigned the learning.
c. Learners started - The total number of learners that have started the assigned the learning.
d. Learners completed - The total number of learners that have completed the assigned the learning.
e. Learners progress - The progress rate of the assignment.
f. Assigned to - Which Teams the learning has been assigned to.
g. Due date - The due date of the assignment.
4. Download CSV - Download the table view in csv format.
5. View more - Takes you to a detailed view for each assignment, where individual learner progress can be seen.
