New issue reporting feature on Knowledge Checkpoints - July 24

Find out how to report issues directly to our team

All content on our platform goes through several rounds of checks before it's released. However, on occasion, something may fall through the cracks.

That's why we've developed a new reporting feature that enables you to provide direct feedback on post-video Knowledge Checkpoints.

To use this feature, click on the "Report" flag at the top of the Knowledge Checkpoint. You will then be asked to select an option from a dropdown:

  • The question is unclear or difficult to understand.

  • There are grammatical or typographical errors in this question.

  • The question is not related to the subject matter in the video.

  • My answer should have been accepted.

  • The correct answer is not among the options provided.

  • The provided explanation for the correct answer is insufficient.

  • Something else went wrong.

If you select 'Something else went wrong' you will be asked to describe the issue.

Our team will then be notified of your feedback and will investigate the issue.
