Can notifications be turned off?

Notifications can be turned on and off for each individual assignment.
Notifications can be turned on and off for each individual assignment set by a team manager. They can not be turned off by an individual learner.
To enable or turn off notifications, visit the assignment learning dashboard, and click an assignment, then change the notifications from 'On' to 'Off'.
