If you can't access and use an xUnlocked domain (such as Finance Unlocked or Sustainability Unlocked) without problems, try following the below steps to try and resolve the issue.
1. Try accessing your account with an incognito window (Chrome) or private window (Firefox). If you can connect and operate the site normally, this is often an indication of a caching issue. Please clear your cookies and cache in a standard browsing window and see if the problem is resolved. It is often preferential to use an incognito window first so that you can avoid unnecessarily deleting cached login information.
2. Tryaccessing your account with a different browser. We currently support the latest versions of the following browsers:
• Chrome 30+ (has automatic updates)
• Firefox 28+ (has automatic updates)*
• Microsoft Edge 14+**
• Safari 14+
*H.264 video (required for viewing our videos) is only supported in Firefox for Windows 7 and later. Firefox versions on Windows XP are no longer supported for playback.
** NOTE: We no longer support any version of Microsoft Internet Explorer.
