Unlike generic AI tools, Ask the Expert is powered entirely by our expert-authored videos and learning materials. That means every answer you receive is based on trusted, verified insight.

How to access

You can start an Ask the Expert chat anywhere you see the Ask the Expert icon:

From the Experts page — choose an Expert to start a chat with.
From an individual video module — click the “Ask the Expert” icon next to the experts name.
From a Pathway page — look for the Ask the Expert icon next to the experts name.

You can chat with multiple experts, and the chat window will stay open as you browse the platform. Please note that chat history isn’t currently stored — once a chat is closed, it cannot be reopened.

What to ask

Ask about the topics you’re learning — for example:

“Can you explain this concept in simpler terms?”
“How does this apply in a banking context?”
“What’s a practical example of this in action?”

Avoid personal or confidential information. Ask the Expert is designed for professional learning, not for company-specific advice.

Every answer comes from our expert-authored content and approved scripts — not from the open web. Responses are designed to help you understand key concepts and apply them confidently. They should not be treated as financial, legal, or regulatory advice.

Your chats are private. Other learners cannot see your questions or answers. We analyse overall usage trends and feedback only to help improve the feature.
